Entitled "Stella Polare" (Polar Star ) and is in the "contemporary classic" style. It is written for a small and unusual chamber ensemble consisting of piano, bassoon, soprano saxophone, English horn.
The format is MIDI, ready to be heard; then if you have a music writing program (like Finale) you can print the score as I have defined it. Warning: do not print the score directly from the MIDI file because the notes you will hear would not correspond to those written to be played by your instrument, for example in the horn in F all the notes read correspond to their fifth below if played.
Stella Polare: non si volta chi a stella รจ fisso. (from Leonardo)
the translaction can be:
Polar Star: no one turns who is fixed to a star!
